Join our dedicated team at WRIGHT BY YOUR SIDE IN HOME CARE as a Weekend CNA/Caregiver. Shifts available in Sherwood, NLR, Maumelle, and Little Rock. Shifts vary in length. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment. Must have reliable transportation and must be able to work around pets.
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Monitor and document the health and well-being of clients. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure safety. Communicate effectively with clients and their families. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Support clients with companionship and emotional support. Follow care plans and report changes to the supervisor.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required. Experience in caregiving or a related field is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others. Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
