The APP will perform patient examinations, order diagnostic modalities, and prescribe medications under the supervision of a collaborating physician. They are responsible for providing patient and family education and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
Develop a relationship and partnership with Dr. Danaher clinical staff members, and management.
Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

***The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-140,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's degree and hold or be able to obtain Illinois licensure. Previous experience in Family Medicine is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
