Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team in our 430 PA. Ave. Glen Ellyn clinic. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40.00–$55.00 per hour.
A $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential is offered for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00–$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.
