.6 FTE Schedule: Fridays and 3 out of every 4 Weekend Shifts 8am-8pm Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and Sunday Team of 5 providers (2 working per shift) Established practice serving the Des Moines community Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an unrestricted medical license in Iowa. Previous experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
