The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $28-42, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field, with HTL or HT certification preferred. New graduates are accepted, and certification is preferred within one year of hire.
