EBCAP Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dual Diagnosis Clinician to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. What You'll Do You'll carry a caseload of adults with co-occurring disorders, providing comprehensive clinical services across the full continuum of outpatient care:
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop person-centered recovery plans in collaboration with clients and an interdisciplinary team Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches Apply ASAM Criteria for level-of-care determinations and collaborate with prescribers on MAT integration Provide crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning Document within an EMR using collaborative documentation practices Engage in case consultations, team communication, and community coordination
What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Independent licensure in Rhode Island (LICSW or LMHC required); dual LCDP licensure preferred Experience with co-occurring disorders and outpatient psychotherapy Familiarity with MAT, ASAM Criteria, and EMR-based documentation Strong clinical judgment, time management, and team collaboration skills 3 - 7 years of experience
Experience in community mental health, FQHC, or CCBHC settings; training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or Trauma-Informed Care.
