The Registered Nurse is responsible for implementing and coordinating patient care through assessment, planning, and evaluation. This includes managing physical and psychosocial changes for patients in the Family Birthing, NICU, and Pediatric units.
The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for implementing, directing and coordinating the care of patients through the use of the nursing process: assessment, planning implementation and evaluation. Included is recognition and treatment of the physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age/population group served on the specific unit.
Requires a nursing degree and licensure in Pennsylvania, with mandatory CPR and ACLS certifications. Previous experience in Family Birthing Services, NICU, or Pediatrics is required for this float pool position.
