About the role

Provide and coordinate general care and education for cardiac patients within a clinical setting. Act as a patient advocate to ensure all patient and family needs are met with continuity of care.

Overview General Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (FT) Manchester Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic Manchester is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with a strong interest and background in Cardiology who will provide and coordinate the general care and education of cardiac patients in the clinical setting.

We will consider both part-time and full-time candidates.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience in Cardiovascular Medicine and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, be experienced in conducting stress testing, and have familiarity with cardiac drug management.

The individuals selected will act as patient advocates, assuring that all aspects of the patient’s and family’s needs are met and with continuity of care.

Applicants will be able to explore and express a preference for either location.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Required Licensure/Certifications Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only) Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH Eligible for Federal DEA Registration BLS certification

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program with national specialty certification. Requires eligibility for NH state licensure, Federal DEA registration, and BLS certification.
