Under the supervision of the Program Director and Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Professional delivers community-based behavioral health and care coordination services to participants. The position requires independent decision-making, effective care coordination, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support participant recovery and successful community integration.
