The Opportunity Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with previous Hospitalist experience. Current CA state license is a plus. Nocturnist physician will cover Mendocino Coast remotely. Visa Candidates encouraged to apply. The Practice Adventist Health Ukiah Valley – Ukiah, California Adventist Health Mendocino Coast – Fort Bragg, California Adventist Health Howard Memorial – Willits, California 50-bed facility with an 8-bed ICU. Open ICU; no procedures required. Annual volume of 40,000. 4-5 start CMS rating. On-site labs and imaging, substance use navigators, and clinical care coordinators. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown. Requirements

Candidates must be Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with previous Hospitalist experience. A current California state license is preferred, and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
