In this role, you will build meaningful connections with participants and their families, offering support with warmth, respect, and professionalism. You’ll provide personal care tailored to each participant’s treatment plan, work closely with the Home Care Coordinator to monitor and respond to changes in participants' conditions, and engage in social activities that bring joy and companionship.

Candidates should have a passion for serving high-risk seniors and a valid CA driver's license with reliable transportation. CNA or HHA certification is preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification is required within 60 days of hire.
