Description SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Tech to join our healthcare team. This vital role involves providing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. Performs diagnostic abdominal, vascular, small parts and pelvic sonography on neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Ultrasound or AMA Accredited School of Ultrasound. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARDMS. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology. Ability to effectively deal with patients, families, hospital staff and physicians. Good interpersonal skills. Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Good physical and mental fitness to meet demands of patients, families and physicians and call schedule.
