You will also help residents look and feel their best, notice changes in their care needs, and communicate updates to the team. Your attention to detail matters — especially when supporting medication administration using the five rights: right resident, right medication, right dose, right time, and right route.You will be part caregiver, part problem-solver, part safety champion, and part mood-booster. QualificationsBasic Qualifications & ExperiencePer the state of operation requirements, Medication certification; QMAP-A/LMust be able to read, write and speak the English language.High school or Equivalent (GED)One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferredProficient computer skills preferredStrong self-management and organization skillsStrong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (Open to change).Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentialityWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.Constant standing, walking, and grasping. Requirements

Requires a QMAP-A/L certification and a high school diploma or GED. Preference is given to candidates with one year of elder care experience and proficient computer skills.
