Mount Rainier is 1.5 hours away, the Cascades put world-class hiking and skiing within easy reach, the Puget Sound waterfront is practically in your backyard, and the Olympic Peninsula is a weekend trip that feels like another world.

The team at OnPoint reflects the lifestyle — Chris is an avid cyclist, Marissa has delivered patient care in Guatemala, and Jillian hikes, camps, skis, and coaches gymnastics.

Their staff bios aren't filler — they're a Pacific Northwest lifestyle document.

For PTs weighing the financial realities of relocating to the Seattle metro, OnPoint's $10,000 student loan repayment benefit is real money in one of the country's most expensive markets — and a clear signal that this practice thinks about its clinicians as people trying to build a life, not just fill a schedule.

Many therapists move here for the lifestyle—and stay for the career growth, community, and mentorship opportunities.

This is a place where you can practice hands-on PT, take ownership of your patients, and develop into a future clinic leader while building the life you love.

About OnPoint Physical Therapy Chris didn't set out to open a clinic — he set out to prove that PT could be done right.

He spent 13 years at the largest PT-owned practice in Washington — then watched it get sold to private equity.

He walked out and opened OnPoint in 2017 in the same community he'd been serving for over a decade.

For any PT who has felt the weight of working inside a system that prioritizes margins over patients, that story lands before anything else does.

OnPoint is a practice with genuine purpose and a culture that reflects it.

Kent is one of the most diverse cities in Washington, and this is a clinic that has spent years earning the trust of the community around it.

For PTs who want to work somewhere that means something — with a founder who built something meaningful by walking away from something hollow — OnPoint is worth a serious look.

You’ll join a team where mentorship is part of the job, collaboration is real, and professional growth is encouraged.

Our clinics consistently rank in the top tier nationally for patient outcomes, and we prioritize creating a work environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally.

The Physical Therapy Career You Want You’ll spend most of your time directly with patients, designing and delivering hands-on care.

Key responsibilities include: Evaluating patients and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Providing interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities Educating patients and families on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Maintaining clear documentation in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules using state-of-the-art AI technology Physical Requirements You’ll need to: Lift up to 50 pounds Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises Equal Opportunity Employer OnPoint Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.

Market context

Washington allied health imaging roles stay competitive

In Washington, allied-health imaging roles are typically in steady demand because hospitals, outpatient clinics, and diagnostic centers rely on credentialed technologists to keep imaging services moving. These positions are competitive because employers often want an accredited imaging degree, Washington Department of Health certification, and ARRT registration completed quickly after hire. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your credentials and timeline before applying.
