The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience, including the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases. Essential responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Deliver care in accordance with established nursing standards, state nurse practice acts, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Follow infection prevention protocols, medication administration guidelines, and controlled substance regulations to ensure patient and staff safety.
Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
