Sterile Processing Technician

Under the direction of the Sterile Processing Manager, the Sterile Processing Technician processes the instrumentation utilized in the operating room and ancillary areas according to regulatory standards and appropriate internal standards. The role provides and customer-focused service to all Health System team members, leadership and medical staff and to the patients/visitors.

Candidates must be high school graduates with experience as a Sterile Processing Technician or Surgical Technologist, or completion of a certification program. A CRCST certification from the HSPA is preferred upon hire or required within one year.
