• Assist in delivering therapy services across: Outpatient rehab Inpatient care Short-term rehab (swing bed program) Implement treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists Provide hands-on therapy to improve patient function and independence Monitor and document patient progress Collaborate with therapists, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment Educate patients on exercises and functional therapy activities Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team training What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Michigan COTA license required
• CPR certification required
