Market context
Emergency veterinarian positions in California are often in steady demand because 24/7 urgent care and referral hospitals need clinicians who can manage critical cases, triage quickly, and collaborate with support teams. These roles are competitive because employers look for a licensed DVM with strong English communication, and the listed benefits and pay range reflect the pace and responsibility of emergency medicine. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm licensure, work authorization, and your readiness for overnight or high-acuity shifts before applying.
