Requires ARRT or ARMRIT certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Basic Life Support certification. A minimum of one year of experience is required, with six months in an acute care setting preferred.
Market context
In Florida, inpatient MRI technologist openings are often driven by hospital imaging demand and the need for certified staff who can work overnight and in acute care settings. These roles are competitive because employers typically look for ARRT or ARMRIT certification, BLS, and prior MRI experience, while the sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities can attract multiple qualified applicants. If you are considering applying, confirm your certification status and highlight any acute care MRI experience; this platform AI-summarizes requirements and benefits from the original job description, saving you research time.
