Provide full-time coverage Monday through Friday, 8a-5p, with potential for weekend call. Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 17 patients, including 1-hour new patient appointments and 20-minute follow-ups. Share weekday night call responsibilities with other providers, handling RN questions regarding patient calls, chemotherapy patients, and minimal ED consults. Participate in weekly tumor boards and collaborate with dedicated pharmacists, radiation oncology, and support staff in a COC-accredited Cancer Center. Utilize the Mosiaq EMR system for all patient documentation and care coordination.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with a New Mexico medical license and BLS certification. Experience using the Mosiaq EMR system and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities is required.
