What you'll do
Provide comprehensive general and pediatric dental care — exams, restorative work, preventive treatment, and behavior guidance for kids of all ages Work alongside board-certified pediatric dentists and orthodontists in a collaborative, specialty-supported environment Build lasting relationships with families who return year after year Practice modern dentistry with the tools to back it up (Open Dental, iTero, Overjet, DentalMonitoring, and a fully digital workflow) What we're looking for
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one before start) Genuine enthusiasm for treating children — pediatric residency or chairside experience with kids is a strong plus A team player who values patient experience as much as clinical excellence
