About the role

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population within a multi-specialty group. Focus on continuity of care, preventive medicine, and maintaining long-term patient relationships.

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a well established, physician affiliated multi specialty group in Southwestern Connecticut.

This is a full time, outpatient primary care opportunity within a collaborative and physician supportive environment.

The practice provides comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population and is supported by modern clinical infrastructure, coordinated care teams, and experienced administrative staff.

Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
