The Opportunity Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Current TX state license is a plus. Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply. Physicians will be cross-credentialed all UMC East Emergency Department, UMC Northeast Emergency Department, and UMC Surgical Hospital. The Practice UMC Northeast Emergency Department – El Paso, Texas UMC Surgical Hospital – El Paso, Texas UMC East Emergency Department – El Paso, Texas 7-bed satellite Emergency Department with 4 Fast Track beds. Affiliated with a 310-bed hospital and Level I Trauma Center Comprehensive Stroke Center, Chest Pain Center, and Level IV Maternal Designation. Approximately 55 daily visits between UMC East and Northeast ED’s. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown. Requirements

Candidates must be Board Eligible or Certified in Emergency Medicine. A current Texas state license is preferred, and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
