First‑year compensation: $328,500 (includes a $25,000 sign‑on bonus). Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. This role involves providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of clinical settings while working as part of a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas. ● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; New grads will also be considered. ● Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
