Salary Range

First‑year compensation: $328,500 (includes a $25,000 sign‑on bonus). Years 2–3: $303,500 annually. ● Schedule: 4×10‑hour shifts; shared call rotation ● Call: Required – rotating call schedule ● Case Types: General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR ● Start Date: ASAP ● EMR: Paper Charting ● Supervision Model: Independent CRNA practice ● Special Considerations: Full‑scope anesthesia practice including general, regional, neuraxial, airway management, and vascular access; Independent practice within clinical privileges; Diverse case mix in a community hospital setting; Strong OR culture and supportive leadership; Opportunities for education, quality improvement, and precepting; Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, wellness, tuition reimbursement, etc.)

Job Summary

Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas. ● Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; New grads will also be considered. ● Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
