PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting·Waukee, Iowa
Perform independent neuromodulator and dermal filler injections while leading patient consultations and facial assessments. Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness programs to build and retain a consistent patient book.
Must-Haves Active Iowa RN license in good standing. Hands-on, independent experience with both neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, or equivalent) and dermal fillers – performing both independently on paying patients today. Tox-only profiles and assisted-only profiles are not a fit for this role. Available every Friday 2:00pm–6:00pm and every Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm. These shifts are the minimum commitment and are not flexible. Strong consult skills with the ability to lead treatment planning and set realistic patient expectations confidently. Commitment to documentation discipline and infection control standards consistent with a physician-led clinic environment. Comfort with a performance-aware environment – patient education, conversion, and retention expectations are part of this role, delivered in an education-first, never-pushy way. Preferred Experience Medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery background with premium patient expectations. Biostimulator experience (Sculptra, Radiesse) or strong interest in expanding scope; facial balancing mindset and a natural-results philosophy. Comfort discussing broader wellness services including hormone optimization and IV therapy. Availability for additional clinic hours beyond the minimum commitment.
Why This Role Built around your schedule: Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings are the only required commitment. If you have a primary nursing role or other obligations during the week, this fits alongside it. Competitive base plus commission upside: $35–$45/hr base with performance-based commission that scales with your production and patient volume. Details covered in the recruiter interview. Room to grow: this can be a supplemental role today and a primary one over time. Additional hours are available for providers who want them. A clinic that does it right: physician-led oversight, clear protocols, a supportive team, and a culture where high standards and genuine patient care are the expectation. About 4Ever Young
