Market context

Emergency RNs are in steady demand

North Carolina emergency departments typically look for RNs who can work in fast-paced, high-acuity settings and respond to changing patient needs. This role is competitive because employers often prefer prior RN experience and a BSN or MSN, while requiring a current RN license, nursing degree or diploma, and BLS within 90 days.
