Working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team, you'll provide individualized occupational therapy services that help adult and geriatric patients regain independence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting.

What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide evidence-based occupational therapy focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and overall independence Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support safe, functional living Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and strategies to maximize independence Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive patient outcomes Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Minnesota
