The Surgery Veterinary Technician plays a critical role in supporting advanced surgical procedures while providing exceptional nursing care to surgical patients throughout every stage of treatment.
This position requires advanced technical skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced specialty hospital environment.
Working closely with our board-certified surgeons, anesthetists, emergency doctors, and specialty teams, you will help deliver outstanding surgical outcomes while supporting our growing surgery service.
Surgery or Emergency Veterinary Technician experience is required.
Weekend and holiday coverage may be required based on hospital needs.
This position also participates in a rotating on-call schedule to assist with emergency surgical procedures after normal business hours.
Candidates must be flexible and willing to participate in the on-call rotation to help provide life-saving emergency surgical care.
