Provide independent anesthesia management for a diverse case mix including General, Orthopedic, Urology, ENT, and OB/GYN. Participate in a 1:5 in-house call rotation to ensure optimal patient care.

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in Ob and regional cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. ● OB and Regional anesthesia skills are highly preferred, but the facility is willing to train. ● Provider must acquire neonatal resuscitation certification either pre-employment or directly after for the OB department.
