We are is seeking a skilled and independent CRNA to join our team at a well-established 100-bed facility in Las Colinas, TX—a vibrant, upscale neighborhood in the heart of the DFW metro area. This opportunity offers a $264,000 1099 base with 6 weeks off, no nights, no weekends, no call, and no holidays. Enjoy the stability of a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, with a rotating weekday off, while practicing full-scope anesthesia independently. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas, Las Colinas is a master-planned urban community known for its upscale living, scenic canals, and business-friendly environment. You'll find a blend of modern amenities, outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and vibrant dining—making it a great place to live and work.
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, Endo/GI, urology, OB/GYN and ENT cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS and ACLS certifications are required. ● Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred.
