Perform routine radiographic and fluoroscopic exams in inpatient and outpatient settings following established safety and quality protocols. Utilize specialized equipment and software to manage patient information and produce diagnostic images.
Responsible for performing routine radiographic exams in either an inpatient and/or outpatient setting in accordance with established protocols for positioning, image quality, and radiation safety. The inpatient setting may also include assignment to specialty areas requiring a radiologic technologist, such as the ED, OR, or Fluoroscopy. Utilizes a variety of specialized equipment to produce radiographic and fluoroscopic images, as well as computers and various software programs to enter patient related information into hospital databases. Contributes to the overall excellence of the department through commitment to personal excellence in technical and interpersonal skills.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.

Requires a high school diploma, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and New Jersey state licensure. ARRT certification is required within twelve months of employment.
