Previous experience in home care preferred but not required Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable but not required Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus Willingness to complete all employment requirements Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and documentation Strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care practices
