Occupational Therapist - Home Care needed in Philadelphia KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for our Home Care division in the Philadelphia area.

If you are passionate about helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes, we want to hear from you.

As an Occupational Therapist in Home Care, you will evaluate and treat individuals with various physical and cognitive impairments.

You will develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, using a holistic approach to promote recovery and enhance daily living skills.

This position allows you to truly make an impact in the lives of patients and their families while working independently in a supportive environment.

KeystoneCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program Current active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or post-acute healthcare setting Prior experience in home health care is highly desirable Strong assessment, clinical, and organizational skills Ability to create personalized treatment plans and adapt techniques as necessary Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Current professional liability insurance required Ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively Flexible scheduling options Paid Time Off Paid Travel Time and Mileage between sites Paid Holidays for Full-time staff Medical, Dental, Vision, and Aflac plans available for Full-time staff $25K Company Paid Life Insurance Policy for full-time staff Retirement plan with discretionary employer match

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with active Pennsylvania licensure and at least one year of clinical or post-acute experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and professional liability insurance are required.
