Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Qualifications

Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located Federal DEA License/eligibility Geriatric training/experience preferred Active CPR/BLS Certification Board Certification Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Pay Transparency

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.

Requirements

Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of practice with a valid DEA license and driver's license. Experience in geriatrics, home health, or hospice is preferred along with active CPR/BLS certification.
