Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in social work from a social work from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education Licensure subject to state requirements 1 year of social work experience in a healthcare setting Social work skills as defined as generally social work standards 50% travel required Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks
You will report to the Clinical Team Manager.
