• Days: $2,000 - FT $1,000 - PT Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah Active BLS certification 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy / ventilator) but not required Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location
