Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our growing Women’s Health team.
This position focuses exclusively on ambulatory women’s healthcare in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The physician will provide preventive, gynecologic, reproductive, and outpatient obstetrical care while working closely with Women’s Health providers, primary care teams, nursing staff, and clinical leadership.
With no deliveries, surgeries, hospital rounding, nights, weekends, or holidays, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while maintaining a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance.

Tampa Family Health Centers operates National Health Service Corps-approved locations, and OB/GYN physicians are recognized by the NHSC as eligible maternity-care professionals.
NHSC loan repayment is separate from TFHC salary, productivity incentives, paid time off, retirement benefits, and insurance coverage.
Awards are administered directly by HRSA and are subject to individual eligibility, qualifying educational debt, site and Maternity Care Target Area eligibility, available funding, and current program requirements.

Please note that the employee’s initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part-time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in-person, on-site training during their first week. Additional mandatory training may continue for approximately two to three weeks, depending on the position and training requirements. Training may take place at a TFHC location other than the employee’s assigned work location.
Requires an MD or DO degree, completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency, and Board Certification or Eligibility. Must possess or be eligible for a Florida medical license and DEA registration.
