What will you be doing: We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Hospice LPN to work Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm at any of our service areas on the South Shore.
The Hospice Weekend LPN will work collaboratively with the RN case manager to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes.
You are responsible for the direct patient care and to provide any changes in status directly to the physician and case manager.
You must work collaboratively within the team structure and have strong communication skills.
Requires a valid Massachusetts LPN license with at least 2 years of experience in both general LPN and hospice care. Candidates must possess strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work independently.
