Job Description: Summary
The Computed Tomography Technologist (CT) reports to site supervisor and manager of radiology. Under general supervision, the CT Technologist performs high-quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations for interpretation by a physician. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
2+ years of modality specific work experience. Must be skilled in routine scans (Neuro, MSK, Chest/Abdomen), arterial/venous delayed scans, and port access/de-access.
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R).
Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
Must be able to produce very high-quality special imaging with little supervision.
Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Proactively maintain and renew ARRT, state license, BLS, PPD, respirator fit test, and POC training.
