Overview This onsite job is located at Silver Spring Eye Center which is part of PRISM Vision Group. There will be occasional travel to other locations based upon business needs. Compensation Range: $18-$34.68/hr (Dependent on Experience) The Ophthalmic Assistant conducts measurements and tests that provide the Physician with the information needed to arrive at a diagnosis and to prescribe treatment. The incumbent is responsible for appropriate documentation in compliance with standards and provides excellent patient services.
Candidates must be high school graduates, with a bachelor's degree preferred and varying levels of ophthalmic experience (0-2+ years). Required skills include technical proficiency in ophthalmic testing, strong communication, and the ability to handle physical demands of the clinic.
