Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time PRN

Waters Edge of Bradenton is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team at our assisted living community. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a PRN basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
