Riverbend Community Mental Health is looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and driven Case Managers to join our Team. As part of our Community Support Program, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to changing lives through integrated, person-centered care.

The Team is unique—we specialize in supporting adults with mental health and/or substance use disorder. The Case Manager provides well-integrated case management services for adults and/or the elderly with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for the mental health field and helping others thrive. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse population. Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude. An empathetic heart and an enthusiastic approach to problem-solving. The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their support networks.
  • What
  • You’ll
  • Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services is required. A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential. Travel throughout Riverbend’s catchment area to various towns, community locations, client homes, state agencies, or other locations necessitated by job duties is required. Previous experience in mental health more specifically with severe and persistent mental illness, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
