Performs patient care duties delegated by the RN related to patients’ personal needs, comfort, and safety. Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrate competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments, and equipment related to surgical intervention.
Facilitates rapid cleaning and preparation of the operating room by assisting environmental services with cleaning.
Ensure that all equipment and supplies are available before starting a case. Gathers any missing supplies or equipment before scrubbing.
Assists circulating nurse in preparing the OR for a procedure.
Consistently, accurately, and promptly transmits accurate information regarding reports, patient data, patient requests, or other pertinent information to appropriate healthcare team members.
$26.62 - $41.31
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
