Founded by the grandchildren of a former Department of Energy worker, we elevate the lives of energy workers with unwavering compassion and whole-person care. We’re seeking a dedicated PCA 1099 Independent Contractor to join our team. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while providing routine healthcare services in clients’ homes. The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) contractor provides non-skilled, non-medical personal care services to home-based patients as authorized in the care plan. The PCA supports patient safety, independence, and comfort by assisting with daily living needs and basic household tasks. The PCA operates solely as an independent contractor and does not possess employee status or authority to direct care.
