Lima, Ohio 45801 Commonwealth Medical Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our team in Lima, Ohio. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice within a collaborative cardiovascular program focused on providing exceptional patient care. The physician will perform comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations, interpret diagnostic testing including echocardiography, stress testing, and vascular studies, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular disease. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing advanced diagnostic technology. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to build a thriving practice in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular disease. Interpret non-invasive cardiac diagnostic studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and Holter monitoring. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine. Collaborate with primary care physicians, hospitalists, and specialty providers to coordinate patient care. Educate patients regarding disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Eligible for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Eligibility for unrestricted Ohio medical licensure is required.
