About the Role

As an Acute Care RN, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care to patients across all age groups and acuity levels. Medical Surgical Nurses care for orthopedic, urology, general surgical, neurosurgical, pediatric, postpartum, and general medical patients. You’ll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, collaborating with providers and ancillary staff to ensure exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional nursing care and evaluate patient needs Document findings in the EMR and coordinate care plans Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and team members Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives What You Bring Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN) Licensure: Current Montana or compact RN license in good standing Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS within one year of hire Skills: Strong clinical judgment and care coordination abilities Effective communication and documentation skills EMR experience preferred Schedule F/T Days
