This position will coordinate efforts with others to provide support and expertise for patients with urgent/emergent conditions and healthcare advice following best practices and clinical practice guidelines. This position will also work collaboratively with clinical care teams in the coordination of care for certain patient symptoms and conditions.
Minimum three years’ experience as a registered nurse in an in-patient or outpatient clinic setting.
Demonstrated clinical skills and clinical expertise with an emphasis on patient triage.
Demonstrated skills for problem solving & decision making.
Understands patient safety requirements, quality improvement models, and the transitional interfaces between clinic, hospital, and community.
Telephone triage experience highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree.
Licensure & Certifications Requirements
Current WA State RN licensure.
