Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridement Assess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitis Apply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agents Record clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planning Present treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instruction Obtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical records Communicate findings clearly and professionally to patients Participate in required daily and weekly team meetings
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license 1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience Current X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certification Familiarity with Denticon preferred; training provided Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
