Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform preventive health screenings and annual wellness examinations. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate. Educate patients regarding disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
