Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality care
